Custom eyewear for those who see beyond the frame.
Optika Elias, located in the heart of Rijeka on the well-known Riva street, is the first and only optical store in Croatia that custom-makes eyewear frames. Over 50 years ago, one of the founders, Albert Ileš, developed a passion for optometry, which has since grown into a family business.
In addition to custom frame manufacturing, Optika Elias offers a wide selection of renowned global brands and leading lenses on the market, in partnership with Zeiss.

Family tradition and a passion for the craft are the foundations we wanted to communicate through the identity.
The Coat of Arms is composed of four main elements: a double-headed eagle, symbolizing the city of Rijeka; a shield and crown representing the family; and a flaming sword, one of the symbols of Saint Elijah, from whom the surname originates.
Lastly, there is the Latin phrase “lux tua, nos ducat,” which translates to “may your light guide us.”

Eye examinations are an essential service at the optical store. Therefore, it was necessary to implement a reservation system and showcase the complete range of services and products.
